If from an initial assessment, which is undertaken free of a cost to you, we consider that from the information provided by you, we consider that we can progress matters, our terms of engagement are discussed together with a recommendation as to a particular course of action.
Once appointed we will from the information provided by you and your professional advisers (Accountant; Solicitor) assist in the preparation of a business plan( should one not previously have been prepared; and prepare and present to a suitable lender(s) a proposal for the required funding. Should it be necessary we will have further meetings with you to ensure the accuracy of the information being presented on your behalf. We will support you, where possible, by being present at a meeting/s with the lender and be available to provide such advice, information and guidance throughout the period of our appointment.
Should you require the assistance of other professionals such as; Chartered Accountant, Solicitor. Chartered Surveyor, IT Professional, Independent Financial Adviser for your Business Assurance and Insurance requirements or indeed other business professionals who may be appropriate to the success of your business, then we will be pleased to introduce you to the relevant businesses from our extensive list of trusted professionals.
